Lack of communication made this a challenging experience.
Positive: Hot tub was very nice after 8 days of road travel
Negative: No person on site and hard to get reply to contact. No information in unit about how to access Wi-Fi if they even had it. Even worse was our plane was delayed so we arrived after midnight. We could not locate our unit in the dark has there are over two dozen units. The booking info said it was laurel leaf but units are numbered and nothing we received said it was unit 22. Looking for it at 4 am in the dark rain was extremely frustrating and frankly made for a terrible experience. Not finding any info in the unit other than an emergency contact was not the best. Wall mounted blow dryer should either be mounted or replaced with one not meant to be mounted
